Ginacues: Pride and Glory

My Friend Rich sent me a picture of DWBOD's snakewood Ginacue.

This is my Pink Ginacue. It's the Pride of my small collection.

The older Ginacue pictured is a fully restored 1 of 2 from 1964. Ernie did the restoration, of course. It's the Glory of collection.

Wow, your pink Ginacue really rocks my socks man. Glad that you are sharing your beauty with all of us here. Am truly excited whenever a new Ginacue thread is being created and posted in this section of the forum.

I would be receiving my humble Ginacue sometime this week as news has reached me that Mr Guiterrez is awaiting my shipping address to have my cue sent to me which gets me really excited.

I hope the rest of the Ginacue owners can start to manifest this forum with picture of their Ginacues.

Beautiful cues!

I've a question about the old Gina. Is that new wrap or did Ernie leave the original wrap and just clean it up?

Thanks.

The first time I met Ernie, I went to his location in the San Fernando Valley here in California. I brought him an old but beautiful cue that had been turning colors throughout the butt. Parts were actually yellowing from someones poor decision making process; trying to add finish chems to an aging cue.

Ernie took us in (both of us aging), sent me home with a receipt and I rode off on my Harley. A month or so later, he had actually remanufactured this cue. Wrap: Brand New. Components: Replaced or Upgraded. I have the original parts stored in one of my oldest cases.

Sorry about the long answer, but it's a story that ended up costing me $11,500!! $1,500 for the Restore, $10,000 for the Pink Ginacue I ordered that day.

As i go crazy each time i see Gina´s, i go crazy again
Both that cues are amazing, but the bright colour of that pink ivory is awesome.
It´s like you have to hide your eyes, because it´s that bright.
I love it, and if you ever think about selling ...................:grin-square:
Congrats on your Gina pair

At the end of the day, you will realize that it is worth every penny well spent. Dont you think so?:grin-square:

Very unique pink ivory Gina and the vintage one is a knockout also.

I recently acquired a pink ivory version of Ernie's Rasputin that he dressed up to the max. Very cool cue also.

Enjoy your Gina's...................
