It is time to give up - Kevin is just too good. The pool players were just outclassed. Time to give up chasing that $5 bill.

Now we know why he selected most of the players for the IPT. Those are the ones he wanted to screw the most.

Dude... And the thing is.. These guys for the most part are seasoned in the art of relieving a sucker from his money.

Tell me again how much KT has pulled in in qualifier money since Reno?

Like I said, the balance sheet is still in favor of the players as a whole. Not individually. What needs to happen now is that the IPT needs to be made to show it's cards. Someone somewhere needs to file whatever legal papers need to be filed to force the IPT to the table.

Here's the thing with the qualifiers as I see it: If the IPT were to be made to hand out refunds then it would probably be only for the players that actually won spots since they are the only ones who woudl have been allowed to play anyway. So, in effect about $100,000 or so goes back from over $400,000 taken in.

The IPT needs to refund that money and tell the players that they have earned the entry to the tournament if it happens. Among all the other things the IPT needs to do.

The IPT needs to refund EVEYONES money. None of them would have put $2000 up if they knew their was no tournament to win entry into. Johnnyt

It's the old stalemate.

No one will do anything because they know if they do then they will be sure of not receiving any money for Reno.

So they just sit and wait.

Of course KT will get everything straightened out by Feb or March.

Everything will be great then.

So everybody just sit and wait. Nothing else anyone can do.

Time will tell. If one is I would suspect that the person will settle out of court with a sealed decision. For all we know that may have already happened, or is happening.
