Here's one straight from the man himself....he really does exist and is not just one of those Floridian myths. :)

This cue looks to be all business, with purpleheart into straight grain maple with nice dark shaftwood & ivory ferrules. As with all of Murray's stuff, fantastic fit and finish. This one may be up for sale in the near future.

Hope everyone brought some real gems back from SBE. I managed to wrangle a few nice things for myself.

Sean

Maybe, but as mean as this one looks I've got to at least test hit a few balls first, right. I just can't stop looking at the flawless execution in this cue!

Glad I can fall back on this one to ease the upcoming regret. :)

Yeah, sadly, it won't be me. :crying:

I'm sure I'll be right there with you...on the "sidelines"!!! :sorry:

If you don't "test" it, I think it's one of the 7 deadly sins of pool...as far as I'm concerned! ;) I don't know how ANYONE could have a cue like this in their possession and NOT hit a few balls with it!

This makes me wish I could swing it even more!! Trust me, if it plays anything like his others I have owned or played with...it's gonna be really really hard to put it down!

Beautiful cue Sean.

Murray does spectacular work.

Congrats,
Chris

This cue just changed every opinion I had about Purpleheart.

Until now, I didn't care for it at all. THIS cue, though...is just exceptional.

You know...if you're into the classic, classy, all-business type of cue.

Congrats on a stellar pick-up, Sean. That thing is awesome.

I love it!
Old school with outstanding veneers.
If you sell it, you very well could be sorry. It's a keeper.
