Tom, I visited our favorite cue maker today and installed one of each. The medium plays great and sounds better. Grabs as good as the soft ultra imo. I love it so far. The hard one is, well, it's hard. Grabs the ball well, but too hard for me after getting used to the soft ultra feel. They both installed easily and cut down nice. Unless something changes, I think the medium will be my tip of choice. Thanks for a nice product Tom.

You visited Ashes???????????????? Hows the old dog of a cue maker doing? Did you ever notice I dyed my Blond hair to match Askes grayish look? Same length to.

Does Ashes still let that Red Haired wannabe hang out there?

I was really shocked that they played as well as they do. I've installed 4 of them so far and the feedback has been excellent. Same with the ultra skins, but there are a lot of players around here who only care about price.

I think they are very good, I like them very much. I'm using both alternately right now without much difference. I do think the Ultra Skins are better...but both are good.
