It also makes sense that it was Cuelman because it is courtesy to not write over another person's signature. Only Cuelmans himself would write over his own signature.

That's a rare hand signed autograph from Fats. He didn't do many of those. Mostly all his stamped ones.
 
I don't think it is Pete Dabacker because he would not have signed a poster that said in bold letters "Hall Of Famers" since he isn't in the HOF.

I agree that it is Cuelmans' signature. :thumbup: Just trying to narrow it down a little.
