$200 to buy the DVD's, is in my opinion, out of line. But who am I to say? If the market supports it...
If it were more like 3x maybe 4x the price of a typical DVD, say $79.95..that would be reasonable. Heck even $99 would be ok. $200 on sale from a regular price of $250ish? That's why it's on youtube and on the torrent networks, while regular, normal priced DVD's of pool are not.
Also, there's no reason it should be 13 DVD's ...it all fits on 8 single layer 2hr DVD's perfectly.
Just thought I would weigh in with some support for Pat Fleming and Accu-Stats who SELL THIS VIDEO, and are being ripped off by the youtube posters. Any of the forum members in this thread who have any real sense of pride, decency, or love for the game will BUY THIS VIDEO.
It is truly the greatest pool match of all time. The standard is INCREDIBLY high for such a long match.
B. O.,
You make a good point...if someone wants to steal something, its okay with many as long as it is "expensive" and "overpriced." I'm not sure I can agree (but I received my set as a gift, so no hard choices here).
P.S. - There are LOTS of regular matches on youtube; I guess $20 is too expensive for many to shell out.

Let's be real here. No one is condoning theft. .
JB,
My post wasn't directed specifically at any poster; you obviously didn't post the video.
You do however, mention "FREE" pool video in your title; and I just wanted to point out to forum members that the video was posted without permission of the owner (I do NOT believe that ESPN broadcasted this event, though it may have been broadcasted in Hong Kong, or in Asia somewhere. The point is moot because such broadcasts cannot be duplicated or used without the written consent of the broadcaster. Someone is suffering financial loss to some degree from the video).
In any case, I do not believe that being a good customer or giving someone a gift relieves the moral obligation. If I watched the whole thing I would feel obligated to buy it...not everyone agrees.
I don't really agree with you that "Someone is suffering financial loss to some degree from the video" I doubt that this video being on YouTube is hurting sales of it 16 years later. If anything it may spark some sales from people who want to own it in better quality.
It's definitely a sticky moral issue. I don't think that it's easy to frame it as a black and white issue.
Anyway, I understand where you are coming from.
