Great Pool Ambassadors

Mike Davis
I was speaking to him in 2006 in Reno....he was being a bit apologetic
about how American pros acted.
I told him there were a lot of good guys in the game that had the same
manners as a golf pro.
I said "And you, Mike, are a good example of a pro."

And here is another guy who has helped the game immensely....
....sometimes....
I've stated before that I like him 86% of the time....when he hasn't got
a cue in his hand, he is articulate, kind, and good fun....
...and would be a pleasure to have hanging around your room.

That's great, thanks Watchez. I would love to hear if he remembers it.

There were so many great folks in Springfield, Missouri when I started to play.

Honestly, I watched Danny Harriman, Darrin Everett, and Dave Matlock (KC import often in Springfield), they all played unbelievable.

Andy Quinn was known as "Little Andy", I swear to God that's true. He is probably a huge guy now, so don't call him that.

Ken

I just call him Drew.

He remembers being in Springfield - I believe it was when Phil used to hold the Ozark Championship (or whatever he called it) and you could play in the event if you lived in Missouri or any state that bordered Missouri.

Andy doesn't remember playing Kim though. He would have been 14, maybe 15 at the time.
