Great shot or ??????

They are snooker players. A pro pool player wouldnt go for that in a tournament.
 
Regardless of what Alex Higgins plays....that was a great shot. I certainly wouldn't of gone for that shot, but then again my name isn't Alex Higgins either.
 
Sometimes you just feel them happening. I'm no 9 ball fan but hey ... he could have ended up with a good safe doing that also. He could have left a shot and his opponent may not have been able to get all the way out too. He could have missed and lost. Lots of things could have happened as a result of shooting that. Obviously one of them was he could win.

There is nothing carved in stone that says if you miss a shot like that you loose.

Great shot, great creativity, and a great outcome... one of many that were possible.
 
I am still not sold...but I guess tie goes to the runner and the ref's decision is final!

No, F that. I say replay the match...time warP!

That's priceless man,drinking ,smoking and having a lot of fun.
Playing safe and running out get's boring,lets see some offensive,be creative.
It may not pay in the long run to play this way, but its sure more exciting to watch. Great video.:thumbup:
