Wtf??

Dude I have no idea what the hell is going on here. I dont even know what that means! I sent you the 36 bucks for my 2 spots via paypal right away as I always send money through my paypal homepage. I just checked my bank account and the money was withdrawn from my account, which means it went into your account.

Please explain whats going on. I would either like my name added back to my spots, or I would like my money back.
 
Ok so did you fill the last 2 spots ? Or has the drawing date been changed ?

what happend

So basically since I am in Bangkok Thailand, but my permanent residence is in California, paypal assumed that when I logged in from a different country, it was not in fact me, but a "third party" trying to use my account to buy stuff.
Because of this they have restricted my account, and one of the restriction items is not allowing me to send money until the issue is resolved.
I guess its nice that paypal watches over everyones account for suspicious activity however they could have disclosed this information to me before they gave me the money sent confirmation email! I logged in, sent the funds and thought everything was fine as usual.
I dont want to hold everyone else up so go ahead and fill the other two spots with alternates. This sucks but I guess as long as I get my money back I'll get over it.

Has anyone here ever had a similar experience of trying to paypal while abroad in a foreign country? Is there anyway to expedite the process? Like for my credit cards and bank debit cards I just called a number and told them I was traveling in Bangkok so they wouldnt assume theft or fraud.

I have had dealings with sugeknight without a problem. This is an unfortunate circumstance, but it is beyond his control. I'm sure it will be sorted out shortly, but don't think you would need to give his spots away. What I am saying is from my experience you can trust this azer. Rob.
 
I was the alternate and was given option to the spots, but tasaddicts and I decided that the spots should remain sugeknights since he did make all effort to pay and it was paypal that stopped the payment, so it's all good and there won't be any hard feelings between anyone. I give credit to tasaddicts for remaining fair and working things out and I give sugeknight credit for understanding that paypal is really the problem behind all of this.
