Gene said he's underestimated & he has said that he would play Chris for big $ even. He talks about emptying his pockets, playing the top ten players in Ohio, etc, etc.

Chris has simply said "do it. Play me even, play for the big dollars, ill match you up with some other top players here and you can play them. Show me!" (Not an exact quote)

Btw. Chris has never said that Gene can't win in a short set. Only that he would be willing to keep playing if he does.

I haven't seen where Gene has said would play for big dollars. I haven't seen where he said he would win. I have seen him say it's a tough game and tougher than Chris thinks it will be. Which I think is at least partially right. Everyone knows that playing Chris is a tough game regardless of who the opponent is.

It goes back about 6-10 months. I believe Gene said he would play Chris for 5k when he got healthy. Is that like the hunchback saying "I'll pay you when I get straightened out"? Johnnyt

Well, he's playing/betting you even on the agreed set. And I do agree it's probably a free roll based on the Bigtruck agreement.

And then there's the rest of the bet. It makes no gambling sense to increase the bet with you if he can get better odds from others sweating the action.

Think of it this way, If I'm a Bears fan and you're a Browns fan and I say lets bet on the game even for $5k. But you can go to a bookie and get the Browns + 10 points, which would you do? You may bet me $50 bucks since we have a fan grudge, but you'd put the rest of your money getting the odds.

That's the downside of being the favorite. There are less places to put your money on an even bet.

Agreed. I haven't checked the action room to see what odds are popping up with people since I'm not in the position to sweat the action. But if someone is laying odds, giving games, etc, Gene or his friend would be foolish to take Chris' action if there are better offers.

I would really like to watch this. My only problem is technical. I don't know how to turn on the tv but my wife will do that for me. I have never watched a ppv but I have looked at the order page and I think I can handle that. We are on Time Warner cable and have hbo. Will that give me the necessary Chanel? I can afford $25. I will be rooting for Geno. I owe him a dinner at the best restaurant in town.

Any helpful suggestions or answers?

I'll give it a try Dave.

1. Purchase the product using Paypal or your credit card.
2. a) If you have a PoolActionTV account setup then go to Order Status on the top right of the website and download the password file. It's text only in the file which includes a link to watch
b) if you don't have an account you will need to wait for an email titled "order status update" the download link will be in the email.
3. If you pay with Paypal there is never an isue with the instructions above. If you pay with credit card sometimes the CC company disconnects and never tells the website that you paid. If this happens come to the chat and click on PoolActionTV handle and send me a private message. I will get it handled.
4. Once you have your password(s) go to the provided link or the "Live Show" tab on the website. Enter your password in the center of the screen.

Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot access the password box with any Mac or Apple products. You will be able to watch the Youtube Upload, which I will upload as soon as the match of the day completes. The Youtube upload will be available ONLY to those who have the Event Pass. As soon as I have time to set up the purchase link for the Youtube, everyone will be able to watch it. It will not be a free public file.

If you get an "Event Pass" by end of Day Sunday you will receive an autgraphed poster of the event. Signed by both players!!

Thanks Ray. I have always resisted having a paypal account but I may have to relent one of these days. I'll give ppv a try using my credit card. All I can loose is $25 and as a constant day trader I've done worse than that lots of times.

To one that know the odds............

This is funny I won 200 other night and a guy asked me for a pen..lol

My buddy is a little skeptical about betting on the internet but he's already got a ton on this match in just one day.

He called me up and asked me what i thought?

I told him not to buy into all the hype. I never seen Chris do this in person but I think he puts his pants on in the morning just like me.

he said again, what do you think?

I told him I got everything I have right now riding on this match.All I got left is pocket change................

My friend knows that I'm all in for sure.......

He said that's good enough for me. We have a history, me and my friend. We did book a loser once. One out of about 20. The odds on our history is pretty good.

It's been awhile since I've done this but I think the balls are the same size and the table didn't get any longer so we should be OK. As far as the tight pockets, all i can say is good luck with that Chris and don't hang to many up in the pocket for me or it won't turn out the way you like for sure. Those tight pockets work both ways.



Reminds me back in the day when i busted out a poolhall in Rockford, or at least made everyone a little poorer.

Sometimes i would bet everything I had and it just made me play a little bit harder and straighter.

Was looking for a young lady that i met back then. Really liked that gal. I headed to Denver to play and ended up out there for 6 months.

I left my car with her and never went back. Got back together with my x. Lost her number or I would have called.

I always wondered what she did with the car?

I hope she sold it somehow and got something out of it.

No magic secrets here Ray. I'm a premium member and when I open the browser for your videos the password box is there with no problems.

I have a macbook pro (running 10.6.8) using the latest version of firefox most times. I'll try chrome the next time but I bet that would work fine as well.

I've been able to port streams on to apple tv onto a 46 inch screen. I haven't tried it with your videos yet but I could test it to see how it looks. It has to work on my ipad to make that work.

Well, I bought the package and have received an order confirmation via the web site and a receipt via email but nothing that looks like a password.

I think I understand now that this will not show on tv but only on the computer. I'm hoping that some further instruction will come with the password.
