Guess the Maker.

Actually, they only confused matters.

The joint pin looks like radial style, but goes into a brass insert, so probably isn't radial. The picture is large, so hard to tell.

The brass insert in the shaft is obviously not Pete or Showman, too exposed and too rounded. Actually more resembles the way Jerry Rauenzahn did the shaft inserts. But these aren't his typical points.

The joint itself doesn't have a very high polish, sort of a satin look. Some cuemakers did it this way. Hope this provides more clues.

All the best,
WW

5/16-14......but good eye

who knows

Louie Napolitano has a similar cue minus the rings, I know you have seen it.
I believe Louies is a Dale Beachem or a Joe Campo, I forget.
Joe Campo makes some real beauties. His Ebony with ivory and silver are true works of art.
I called Louie and left a message,we will get to the bottom of this.

Ok, so you got rid of the pics of the Bushka ring comparison.... Not sure why but it's whatever...

I think it's time to let the cat out of the bag..

Cuz I re-read his post and realized he wasn’t talking about that ring lol. He was talking about the joint collars.

It makes a big difference when someone with taste designs a cue. Aren't you the one who polished up the wrap, also?

Tasc, Showman, Brian

Good company

I think the cue looks great
i like the band at the wrap and the long points

Did you finally say who made the cue?

I like the dots and diamonds

old school look but perhaps a touch of the new guys

this is the first time I have heard a cue criticized for long points

The Lou

I see what you did there you Sly dog.
I spoke to Louie about the cue. He said if its not a Joe Campo he will eat a dog bone.
I will see him tomorrow, bringing a bone and a pooper scooper.

Document the biggest expert in the world confusing a Robert Harris cue for a Pete Tascarella

Not hard to do when a wrap is done as nice as that AND the maker's (Pete's) previous work has similarities another may be emulating... Of course if you were able to tell the differences you'd understand but then again you can't so, ya know... You're not alone though as I caught as well
