guess who made this

The fleur de lis boxes are a Cantando signature. An example would be the butt from a cue I own from Art.

the fleur de lis boxes might of be Cantando signature, but the Cantando you have there, the inner box is inlayed, the box i have is not inlay at all, it from one whole piece of ebony. so the style might look similiar but the skill is totally different. anyhow, is not a ?antando, i can see why you are so sure is a Cantando. but good try & no prize buddy...:D

Barry Szamboti ? NOOOOOO !!!!! NEVER !!!!!!!!!! not for nothing buddy, Barry make some good hitting cue but he wish he could come up with this type of idea. Barry only living off his father name & design. he don't have his own original idea. Paul Dilillo ? Nope.....

Dude...you get off on people guessing....we get it.

So unless you just wanna keep on insulting some of the best cuemakers in the world, why don't you just come off of the name of your super duper secret cue maker who is better than Szamboti, Manzino, Cantando and a few others I have forgotten.

The way you talk about cuemakers I think you had better be good at finding new talent.

Manzino ? hell no, he not a cue maker i want to deal with, not because $$$$ wise, i think he not professional enough.

wawacue

WHAT?? Not professional enough!, What do you base this on? I guess you've never spoke with him or bought a cue from him! A simple no to the guess would be ALOT better than talking garbage about one of the best and nicest cuemakers I've had the pleasure to deal with. Maybe you should try to be a little more "professional" in your remarks.

Hey wawa,

No disrespect intended but regardless of his professionalism, Bob Manzino has proven himself to be one of the foremost cuemakers in the world who creates cues with remarkable, unique designs and precision inlays. His cues are beautiful. And the few that I've been lucky enough to hit with play great.

I don't know him personally so I can't speak on the subject of his professionalism but his cues are top notch.

why Thomas Wayne ? he made good looking cue but his cue play like S**t.
any one that buys cue & play pool knows better that Wayne cue play like hell & Mr. Wayne even admit that too.

Actually, I'm sure you are talking about a very famous quote that Thomas Wayne 'allegedly' made on the subject of playability of his cues. And, if you research the subject just the littlest bit further, you will see that the alleged quote was 100% false. Thomas Wayne stands behind every cue he creates. Numerous satisfied customers also stand behind TW's cues.

A Q&A session with one of the man himself. In it, he addresses this rumor and clears the air.

You should come join us over there. We have cue/case raffles, Q&As with some of the biggest and best cuemakers in the industry, and lots of fun! Plus, Shorty is over there!!! Woo Hoo!!!!

I'm going to agree with JCIN here.

Now, I don't know if he remembers it or not but wawa and I have actually met before about a year or two ago. He seems like a nice guy and he does have some very interesting cues. I don't necessarily agree with some of his choices in cuemaker but, hey. That's just me.

Now most of you who know me know the makers that I love and the makers that I hate. The first list is MUCH longer than the second. That goes without saying. But I gotta say wawa, you are definitely making your life difficult in the long run. As someone who is an avid colelctor, you should realize that by insulting some of the more revered names in the industry, you are only burning bridges. You may just want to watch what you say about certain people. Because if you piss off one or two, they have friends who may follow suit and deny you later on.

Just some advice.

Yeah. After a while, I began to realize that it was just gonna be 7 or 8 pages of the 'I'll never tell' game so I stopped reading at a certain point! :D

Hmmmmmm. Lotsa inlays. Ebony shaft section w/ inlays. G-10 pin. Underrated American cuemaker. And you're from New York.

I'm gonna say Paul Rubino!

If that's the case is there any question how it will play?;)

After seeing some of the inlay work Ariel Carmelli did for Corey Harper, I will guess Carmelli.
