The first tiebreak is racks won, since they both won the same number of racks (41), they will go by
the number of racks lost. They both have the same number of racks lost (35), the last tiebreak would
be the "lucky draw", just like what Augustine Tan had described. I agree it should be "winner-over-the
-other" rule, it's so disheartening to see an opponent you beat, who's quotient is not even superior to
yours, go through to the next round...
