Almost anyway.. still have a few tweaks to make on the color pallet but woohoo.. Want to thank everyone who offered up names and I think TX Poolnut needs to get some product from us... Will PM him tonight....

Working with Loctite to get the proper glue available in our store without breaking the bank.. You can't glue Hammerhead with normal Loctite Prism or other normal CAs they HAVE to have a rubberized or toughened CA that will withstand the impact. but that's for a different thread.....

Feedback appreciated

The shading under the shark's mouth is too dark and would better if it was lighter in color like the hammerhead shark actually is. Otherwise, it looks pretty good.

I agree with this, maybe a little less camo colors. Or gray for the shark.

When I first seen it Gomer Pile came to mind.

will need to adjust the pallet... Will blend the colors to actually match the HammerHead material for print media... The graphics artist is a friend of mine since we worked at the same pool room 27 years ago... He didn't have the material and all I told him was brownish grey... Will also look the shading under the head... Thanks for pointing it out....

Will have them at the expo for anyone to demo and I think we will likely do a money back guarantee for anyone who wants to switch to it and have Joe Blackburn or Mark Rosner at Joe's booth put it on....

Cool name! I like the picture. I am a little confused and I'm sure I missed some other thread? Is the chalk colored blue or brownish grey?? Both?? Neither, LOL??

LOL the chalk is "Great White" and is out of stock as it is a major PITA to make chalk and we are working on getting back online by the expo....

This is the chalk with the first label and the 2nd picture is the actual label they shipped in for Christmas....

The issue we experienced was a quality control issue in mixing large batches... We had a few that were not mixed properly and turned flaky... We will have that remedied before the next release and you can have Kamui quality at an actual fair price.....

the Great White logo colors should match Hammerhead, for recognition. if you put up a banner @ SBE, then all AZBers will flock to you! ;)
looks good!
congrats!

HaHa! I get it now. Sort of. What is a hammerhead then? Lol.

I was thinking you changed the name. Again, I don't follow everything on here. If you aren't happy with your batch of chalk, just buy 100 boxes off me instead! ;)

Actually the HAMMERHEAD is an aero-space synthetic that was designed to do one job... Take IMPACT... It also holds chalk better than any of the synthetics I have tested over the last 3 years...

High Cueball Speed and control are hard to beat.....

And as far as not being happy with my chalk? LOL umm not even close. Not happy with the QC we had.. Just have some hurdles because I am MAKING it not importing it. Going from R&D to production is never an easy task but I won't outsource..

Renfro,

Got an Idea for you that may or may not work,

How about using tanned shark skin to make a layered tip, may be more trouble then it's worth, but the added friction from the rough skin may bring about a different kinda feel or even grip on the tip.

Just spitballing here, but it would definetly follow your shark theme you got going on.

Aloha

Might be interesting... Not familiar with the tanning process on the shark or the ounce sizes available.... Will check on that since it's not a bad idea... Have actually been playing around with sea sponge some seeing what I can do with it as a base fiber... So far about all I accomplish is destroying more sea sponges LOL
