Happy Birthday Ted Nuggent

Five city slickers are given a challenge: Spend a week in the wilderness competing against one another in challenges of survival and outdoor skill. Challenges are worth points. The more challenges you win, the more points you earn. The person with the most points at the end of the week will win $25,000. There is a catch: Putting these successful, smart, capable players through the challenges is one of the greatest forces of nature ever unleashed: Ted Nugent, Rock and Roll Wildman turned political conservative and great white hunter.

As a hunting and gun enthusiast, I fully applaud the Motor City Madman on his B-Day!

How many people have done as much for our rights as this guy?

In the Hunting / Gun / Conservation world, this dude ROCKS!

Now I gotta figure out how to get "Stranglehold" out of my head this morning. :D

Stranglehold is an amazing song... talk about songs to play while shooting pool!!! Yeah!

He came to the University of Wyoming back in 1990 or so to do a concert and I missed it. I almost cried when I heard that he not only played music, but also gave a top-notch archery demonstration. I hated myself for weeks for missing that!!

During the summer Ted has a outdoor festival at his place in Jackson Mi. The cost is $10 and this includes a concert in the evening. I think it is during the 4th of July weekend.

Both him and Kid Rock keep things reasonable for their fans.

I met him in Clarksburg years ago when he was with
a group called The Amboy Dukes. A little overbearing
but very funny at times. Told me about he & the guys
owning a castle in Ann Arbor. And yes he partied back
then despite what he says now.

From somebody that used to make a living playing guitar and working in the music industry, Ted, in my opinion is probably one of the greatest 'overlooked' and unheralded guitarists ever. Happy Birthday Ted!

In honor of Ted's B-Day, I suggest we all go out and shoot something. I'm gonna start with all my ex's.

Legal Disclaimer: I'm just kidding about the ex's. LOL ;-)

of speakers landing in a split ,The whole time jamming his ass off ..One of the best concerts I ever saw !

Well, I made the pu$$y purr with a stroke of my hand.

How could you not LOVE that line?!?

You tell 'em, Ted!!

I've actually seen him three times... once solo... it was a 5 band concert. The other two times were when he was with Damn Yankees. We enjoyed the concert so much that we drove to Atlanta the next day to see them again. :p
