I offered this cue not to long ago and no one responded. I was given this cue by Kevin Varney as I was down in my luck and did not have a shooter cue. I shot with it about a week and a half, and came into some money and back shooting.

If your down on your luck this Holiday Season, let me know, it's yours, I'll ship it to you free of cost, USPS Priority.

Thanks!

" Pay it Forward "... Nice offer for the season.

I would take it off your hands

I have always used house cues in the past, have been playing pool for about 12 years now, just never bought a cue before. I actually wanted to get a cue for the past couple of months but I had some deaths in my family which have kept my mind occupied (dad and grandma). although it didnt really financially hurt me cause funerals were paid for by family, I do have to save money now for the tombstone of my dad to pitch in with the rest of my family. Was thinking of getting a production McDermott and getting it on a credit card but just havent got the time to do so yet. But since I never had a cue I am not sure what to look for or what I like, there are no cue stores around me to check cues out so I was thinking of just winging it with the McDermott, to try it out. But I would greatly appreciate a free cue. Although I might not be an ideal candidate, I only play pool for fun not really for money except with some friends for a few bucks here and there. So I am not sure if I fit the bill, maybe someone out there needs one to support a living.

I personally applaud your effort, as well as Mr. Varney for the original gesture. I do not need a cue, but will nominate someone.

Josh Haynes an Alabama player age 23, college student, avid player, and new father. The young man is bright and earnest, but not financially able to provide the life most of us would like for our family. Mr. Haynes will have to seek night classes in order to work as much as possible to support his family. I have offered him free use of my home table to save him table time, and I know he would greatly enjoy the gift.

There are probably other much more deserving individuals, but I do not know of any that would be more grateful.

As i have stated several times, there is a kid (well, he's around 16 or 17, not really a "kid" but not an adult either) in my local pool room named brandon who cant afford a cue of his own, this would be a nice present for him, if you would like to i can send you the address to the pool room and you can ship it to the poolhall without him ever knowing who it came from.

This was spoken for in PM's, I'm waiting for this person to PM me back.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

I know this is a double post, but I also wanted to add this.

I have an old McDermott Pearl Blue Cue up for grabs. I have had this cue for years, and I had to hock it to a buddy a few months ago for some cash and I got it back. I'm now playing with a Lucasi, so I want to get rid of this one, and since it's the holiday season, what better way huh?

It's used. Well used. It has nicks, dings and dents, but this thing is a cue I shot with for 4 years before getting a new cue. If someone could use it, or if you know someone who could use it and would like / deserve a good holiday present, let me know.

Thanks
J
