Friday morning the wife are headed to Arkansas to spen Christmas with my family. I'm pretty excited because my grandma is without a doubt the best cook on the planet and except for Patty, my favorite girl in the whole world
It has been a strange year in this business and I feel the economy had much to do with that. Economic uncertainty has been a constant since I was very young though. We just have to come up with better plans.
AZ in it's way is like a family affair. There are favorites and no such favorites and then we begin to accept them and they become favorites too. Hell, there is plenty of room for everybody.
This is an exciting time of year to me. 2008 is just about gone. 2009 is just around the corner and a whole new season begins. With that comes lots of new faces and lots of new talent. New plans are implimented and some like them, others don't, but adjustments and change are inevitable and a part of life.
The DCC is just around the corner and for many this is a very special event and causes quite a stir and sort of sets the tone for the upcoming year.
WIth it comes the HOF inductees and is often controversial. That's life, but, I would like to wish the ever humble and deserving SJDINPHX all the luck with this. He is one of the good guys who paid his dues on a very difficult road and came out smelling like a rose.Listen to him and listen very well. When they talk about heart, you should think of him. VOte for him.
