After I got hurt and the Navy had no idea what to do with me, so they made me the master at arms of the marine barracks San Diego..

It was some pretty insane times .... I was put in charge of the wave barracks too.
It was hell being a land locked sailor

Howard you are the real hero here, I would be willing to bet few people in here knows you were a pilot during Nam...
