I picked up this cue from a friend of mine that got away from cues. He had picked a few up along the way and wanted to find them a new home. He basically gave me a few cues.
This is one of them, and it had awful finish that made it so dark you couldn't tell what wood it was underneath. I sent it to Rick Howard and had him refinish it and make a new shaft for it. He called me and told me that it was really a beautiful cue after you got the old finish off of it. Its a full splice cocobolo cue with 4 points. Each point has a white phenolic diamond in it. The butt has the cocobolo with 4 razor blade inlays made with blood wood, and then the white diamond repeated.
Attached are a few pictures. It plays like a dream, and is breath taking to look at too!:smile:
