He tried to rip me off but I didnt buy it. I did not know it was him until today. I sold him that Joss for $100 and told him that it was rough and showed very detailed pictures. He contacts me and says that it is HORRIBLE, I said ok send me it back and I will refund. He said he had already rewrapped it and he wanted 50% back. I declined because he tampered with it. He kept begging trying to get me to refund him some money.

had the feeling the first time i seen them post.. and watching their posting style it became more apparent and i even reported some of their posts as being the same person..
i am so glad somebody else confirmed it.. i didnt know who to tell and i just didnt want to post out of nowhere and say they were somebody without knowing 100%.. i did warn some people though..

No problem Chris,he has already been banned for the 10th time i believe give or take.The banning it seems is all the mods can do unfortunately,i am uncertain if there can be legal action taken for harrassment or something along those lines for him doing what he is doing here.I just would like to get as much info on this guy as possible so something can be done.He has ripped off alot of members here,i think we should have a sticky at the top not to deal with John Holmes or his Ebay username parisblackwood or whatever it is.Today he sent me a red rep and a negative iTrader for blowing his spot up,the iTrader hasnt been erased yet.ChrisOnline said:

He bought and paid for a cue from me, there was a discrepancy, he returned it unopened, I returned his money. All good here. Not rubbing it in, just offering another side of the coin.

Isnt there anything they can do to stop this guy...if there ever was a case for an IP ban .. this would be it... but I have been told that would be next to impossible.. guess this proves it...

Well people can change their IP if they know how,he probably does that now.I do think thats where the membership would come in to play,you pay a fee so you dont monkey around and lose it.smokeandapancak said:

Well he lives in NYC i believe so perhaps blocking his city block would be an idea,i dont know much about it.I just think the local PD need to call him and warn him to stay off of here and if not he will be charged based on his IP or selling stuff thats from his Ebay account.half fast bankr said:
