Thanks Blackjack for this,its all helpful and your right this guy is the biggest problem for members on here,he is the number one HOS member and we need to have his name at the top i think so people know right when they come in here to watch out for him and not to send money to John Holmes and be weary of Flushing and that PO Box too because he could always use another name,I think his wifes name is Patricia from what i saw on the white pages info. :cool:
 
Um, everything else aside can't he be charged for felony mail fraud when he uses the US mail to defraud people?

There are alot of loop holes it seems,its alot of times peoples words against another.You could ship me 2 cases and if you dont request a signature and they are left i could contact Paypal after filing i never recieved it and get the money back and keep the cases,its been done on here before i saw.If someone is looking to scam they can do it through Paypal or money order. :(

You guys know Tim as "Daniel." Back to the "Barkcinnamon." He sounded like a used car salesman on crack. Desperate and would say anything to get rid of it. Did you know he's friends with almost all cuemakers? He's also a seasoned "player."

i am almost convinced that he uses dial up AOL to get access to the internet.. thats why he can come back to the forum after getting his IP adress banned. because everytime he logs back onto aol, he gets a new one.. so its near impossible to stop him.. which really blows..

Wow. I guess I should've gone out & bought a lottery ticket when I dealt with him (parismango). I bought a 1st edition Billiard Encyclopedia from him, paid via paypal, & got it a few days later without any problems. I even gave him a good itrader comment.:(

Still, it sounds like he needs some serious pain brought upon him.

If I haven't completely lost my computer mind, you can even go as far as blocking mac addresses and that is unique to a nic card.

Now, on a positive note. I just bought a cue from him and it was exactly as described. A bargain even. Sorry to hear he screwed so many others, but like someone else said, here is another side of the coin.

Who ever knows this Barkcinnamon

I sold this barkcinnamon guy a great Schon cue about a year ago. He responded with a great comment after first receiving it and then two weeks later made a claim thru paypal that the cue was broken. Paypal "made an investigation" which was absolutley nothing and then refunded him the money. He sent my cue back broken in two pieces and no shaft.

If you know this guy, lets talk

He owes me a cue and or some serious cash:mad:
