I am about to confirm some dates of training with Bert and thought I would ask the question, has anyone had a good or bad experience with him as an instructor? I am hopeful that a week with him can really get my game up a few notches.

I know a player that took lessons from Bert when Bert was still in Chicago. He said the lesson were great but the time after the lesson were greater. He said Bert took him to places in Chicago that were unbelievable. They ran from PH to PH and bar to bar hustling games and meeting players that he would have never met. They drank, hustled pool and had a ball.
The lessons really helped this this guy and he says it was well worth the money. He is a Master player in the BCA

Some European dude named Neils got some pool smarts from Bert. He plays pretty damn well now-adays!
