I'd say until Sore gets his refund he has the right to conitinue sharing his side and thoughts of his experience on any work related thread regarding Aaron. The post was satisfaction or refund. In many ways the time frame he is sitting on with this refund supports his issues...????

To me there seems to be other (some might say better) ways to express your pleasure with Aaron's/Pain's work without alluding to debacle between Pain and Sore. Again, to me, this post does seem tantamount to taunting.

If you felt the overwhelming desire to report your positive transaction with Pain, why not just create a simple post in the thread you made a sticky? This would allow his work on your cue stand on it's own merit.

Don't you think the beating thread should be sticky, the cue did look bad and no refund yet. Just lock it. I also think the thread for feedback transactions SUCKS!!! It needs to be a category for feedback and the names can be sorted by thread. You mention stuff behind the scenes.
I have seen you ban people for less, what happen this time.

From my perspective, I don't think this thread appears *neutral*, especially from a moderator. I'm basing this on the title of the thread as well as the content of the first post.

IMHO, if you wanted to appear *neutral* and mention the previous incident, you'd waited until both parties were satisfied. Also, if wanted to appear *neutral*, you'd waited until you have photos of the refinished cue and perhaps post under Cue Gallery section of the forum with a positive feedback here on buer/seller transaction sticky.

Can I ask you what was the total charge you paid for your refinish? I have one cue looking to be refinished.

So Nick, all this time you've been praising Aaron's work, it's been based on one cue you used to own that somehow you found out was refinished by Aaron?

Have you commissioned refinish work directly from Aaron?

Part 2, IIRC with shipping, insurance and the work, 225.

$15. bleach, clean, polish shaft (remove dings)
Plus I paid $20 or $30 to have the leather wrap reconditioned

This was the tally for work I had done with Scot @ Proficient on my previous cue. Turn around was 7 days!! Work was excellent.

This whole thread is a joke. And its sad that it was a Moderator who started this no win situation thread. Its obvious that this moderator wants to try and save this sellers reputation regardless of what he did and how he treated his customer.
What is lost in all of this is that it wasnt only the poor workmanship that was in question here, but the poor customer service that was provided by this seller.
His customer service was bad, and he proved that with the language he used here towards his customer. And thats somthing that a ridiculous thread like this cant fix.
In business customer service is everything, and thats where this seller hung himself, not only with the bad workmanship.

And just like many others have already stated, there is a place for a post like this in the Buyer/Seller Transaction thread.
So this thread should be deleted, by the initiator, and reinstalled in the correct thread.
Its very disappointing to see a moderator; who eveyone seems to respect; taking sides in ANY situation.
 
I do not see this as a mod taking sides, just stating the facts and how he feels. If Aaron gets more biz, good for him. If he doesn't, oh well. What's recoculous is the same people whining in this thread that used a 297346928346 page thread to whine in a month ago. WE GOT THAT POINT!
