Aaron Painter ( Pain_pool ) took an awful beating not too long ago.

I accepted his offer here and sent a cue for refinish.

I would like all to know that he did an outstanding job!

My only suggestion to make the deal perfect would be to improve on turn around time, but I totally understand that in the persuit of flawlessness, time can be a determining factor.

He put a black lizard wrap on that is very, very tight. Nice straight seam that is almost invisible.

My time is just a little short, but I will post several high res pics of the details for everyone to gawk at :)

You have your opinion Dave, as you have let me know via PM's several times (should have known you had a cue with him), but I have one as well.

I'm glad he did a fine job with your cue, he sure didn't with mine.

i guess this is starting THAT whole biz all over again, but this is your thread..........and trying not to besmirch neither your critique nor aaron's work on your cue but,,,,,,,

1...Sore_Aintya, unlike most other customers(including possibly you now with this latest cue redo), was not simply satisfied with the refinish presented him, but rather, took it a step further and critiqued pain's job with a fine toothed comb. now,,,rather than pleasing a very critical customer, pain decided to fight it. Sore_Aintya was ultimately vindicated.

2...the job on your cue has no bearing on what happened with Sore_Aintya's, and i submit that pain may have actually gone the extra mile with your cue in order to redeem himself. regardless, some critical eye might take a look at your cue AND STILL find aaron's work wanting. who knows,,,we are only going by what YOU say. point being, another customer's demands were not met,,,and every customer is different. one can only HOPE that pain remains constantly critical OF HIS OWN WORK from now on....a lesson learned in this whole extravaganza.

from the beginning, this was a case of the customer being right, and should have been addressed as such by aaron.

Honestly I wouldn't have said a word concerning this thread if it wasn't for the fact that I felt like it was a personal jab towards me from Wilson.
Ive been asked not to post anything related to my dealings with Aaron again, which wouldn't be a problem if I could just get the damn refund I was promised.

you have been given the platform to say what you needed.....how many times?

I post a thread reagrding the work he did for me and you MUST add your .02 and attempt to take over yet another thread.

My problem is that your agenda is transparent. You continue to attack with every time Aaron's name or work are mentionened.

If you feel a personal jab was taken, you now need to show how or where.
Innuendo in this regard won't be taken lightly.

The wrap done for me *is* very, very good.

If that somehow equals a jab, so be it. You are testing my patience though.

I know and I'm somewhat sorry. Please understand that I am extremely frustrated and that was about ten times nicer then the things I want to say.
Ive heard the line that my refund "will arrive" 4 or 5 times now, and frankly am sick of it.

my guess is if the refund would show up then yes, everyone would get along just fine. We've all been there and we either carry it around with us until we get what we wanted, or we just let it slide. I personally have a grudge against chrysler, that I've had since 2003 *l*

So Sore_Aintya, how much you out? Does it mean that much to you that you carry this anger with you all the time? Whatever it is, it ain't worth selling your soul for. Can't ya just chalk it up as a lesson learned the hard way? Please just let it go, this is doing no one any good. Ask yourself, What are my intentions?, and don't lie to the man in the mirror.
