Dear friends,

During the last few month's, weeks, and hours, your thoughts and prayers for Janice have not gone unnoticed. I apologize for not stepping forward before now.

Janice passed, January - 14 - 2006 at 10:45 AM. She was comfortable and in a deep sleep. She never gave up, and had lots of staying power. Yes sir, she was one tough lady. She held on for almost 19 month's. The Dr's gave her 6 month's. When they told Janice and I that, she looked at me, winked, then told the Dr's, "I'LL BE HERE FOR A LONG TIME", don't you worry. She made it another year.

When I met her many yrs ago, I knew that she was the one for me. We started dating, and 9 month's 12 days later we were married. I was so proud to be in her life. What a nice pleasant lady she was. Not only was she smart, witty, full of life, she was beautiful. She has much compassion for man kind. I will never forget the last 46 years of our lives together. What a great gal.....

She will be missed by many. I will miss her most of all. It's hard to believe that she's gone. There's no question in my mind, "Janice" has a front row seat in HEAVEN..

Again, many thanks

Leonard Bludworth

That was beautiful Leonard. Thanks for sharing...

*wiping the tear off that sneaks out like that.*

Thank you for sharing, I know how difficult it is to sit down here and and try to get across all the great things about a loved one in so few words. To know someone is to love them and while we couldn't all know Janice, you just gave a nice glimpse at the inner and outer beauty that you were fortunate enough to experience for 46 yrs. I lived with my grandparents and they had 43 yrs together. That many yrs together takes two very special people. You're right, she has a front row seat and she's making sure you're ok. ;)

Leonard,

Consider youself a very lucky man to have found someone like Janice. I know I speak for many when I say that we are all mourning right along side you.

God bless,
Koop

Blud, Janice's courage inspired many of us here on AZ Billiards, and her brave fight is part of our forum's legacy now.

I wish I had met your wife, but your description says all that is needed. You hang in there Mr. Bludworth.

Blud, my deepest sympathies go out to you for your loss. Some folks go a whole lifetime without ever being able to share their heart with someone as lovely and sweet as Janice, and, Blud, you both enjoyed 46 wonderful years together. My heart goes out to you. If you need anything or just want somebody to talk to, please don't hesitate to call me.

Your friend,
Keith

Leonard,

Some of us luckier people in life get to meet and marry their "True Love". "Soul Mate" is another term. You and Janice were truly blessed to find each other to share your lives together for 46 years. And I bet you both knew you were made for each other within an hour of meeting!

I hope your grief lessens with each passing day and your memories of your lives together stay strong.

I hope to see you in Valley Forge this year. I've got a big hug and a bag of nuts waiting for you.

Barbara

Thanks Keith. Janice always had a soft spot in her heart for you. She worried about you all the time. But, you made her laugh many times, my friend. Then she was happy.
god bless

Blud,

I'm just so impressed you have the where-with-all to write this post! My heart aches for you because I have a woman like that too and have had her for 30 years and I just can't imagine how painful it must be losing her. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Maybe one of these days we'll get to meet at a tournament somewhere. God Bless you Blud!

Blud ...

It is a joy to find 2 people married 46 years that
have so much love for each other. You were truly
blessed.

If you're with someone you love forever is too short, otherwise forever is just forever.

Sounds like the 46 years with Janice seemed more like days, hours or seconds.
