help ID unknown 4 point cue (with veneers)?

Does anyone know who may have made the cue in the pictures that I have provided here?

If not, than does the cue appear to be of good quality (and worth very much)?

Thanks for any help.

I would be glad to help, but you will have to supply some better photo's of the cue. Please remove the cues bumper, and take a photo of it and the cues weight bolt. Also include a better photo of the cues joint insert and pin.

Does not look very old to me unless is was refinshed. That butcap and bumper look new. The ringwork does not line up, at least in how the pics make it look, which points to a not-so good cue maker.

Veneer colors looks reminiscent of a KC cue. They are all over EBay. KC made a ton with that veneer combination.
Not vintage thats for sure.

Not saying 100% thats what it is, but if it is a KC cue, its not worth anywhere close to $200. Just about any KC cue is an over priced tomato stake.

KC was stamped on the butt cap and would wear off within 5 minutes of playing with it.
