I'm sure this has happened to anyone who goes on any type forum but it's still brutal. You post a direct question and within 3 replies, yeah you got it:HIJACKED. Does anyone take the time to actually read what OP has asked about? If you don't have any worthwhile info. that actually pertains to initial question, keep moving and find someother thread to sling your opinion-knowledge at. This is THE place for billiard information but it really gets old when people chime in and go off on a tangent that has nothing to do with OP. One man's rant, thanks for reading .

03.26.13 - the last post in your thread. and as i recall, it's his last post.

Every day's a blessing. Life is the gift...not a healthy life, or a happy life, or a rich life, or a life full of skinny broads with big bazooms. It's what you make of it. Live well.

today is Friday the 13th (God help Wilson!). maybe lighten up? i do get your point - well taken. but we all need a little levity every once in awhile. otherwise AZB would be boring.

I don't think it's a significant problem. Threads need not be linear; they go where they go. And the tangents may be just as interesting as, or more interesting than, the original comment or question. Eventually, the original question probably will get plenty of discussion. If not, the OP can just ask it again, perhaps in slightly different language.

I've never seen this happen.

I kind of like my G10 tip/ferrule combo, but I think I may have it shaved down and put a samsara on it.

Does anyone know someone that will take the humongous logo off my balance rite? I love that thing its made my cue the appropriate length for my height, but It harshes the mellow of my cue's simple classic style.

The logo is an important part of getting the balance just right. Remove it and you'll probably ruin it.

I like these threads about cue balance. It's an important topic.

Is this like when you turn a question about a table into a 2 page discussion on laundry baskets? Cause I don't know anything about that sort of stuff.
