Help looking for software

Hello I am looking for Software for my laptop so i can start tournaments at the billard hall. I want a simple program where i can enter table numbers for each match, possible randomizing for players, single and double elimination. If anyone could help please do so i have looked at so many thing i just cant find a simple program i know challonge.com is close but you cant enter table numbers so things get confusing. Please help thanks
 
I like the program Ingen Pool. It does everything you need and more. I use it myself, and serveral poolhalls, including Snookers in Providence, RI use to to good effect.

I don't have a link but I'm pretty sure a google search will bring it up.
