I had agreed on a purchasing price with someone from here. I promptly sent the paypal amount the email address in which he gave me for the amount we agreed upon. I had bought a cue previously so I thought everything would be ok. I waited several days and instead of a tracking number I received a refund to my paypal. He does not respond to me regarding why I am not getting my cue. I do not wish to name any names at this point though because I am not a vindictive person. I am wondering though if I have a legitimate gripe because I was looking forward to cue for the price we agreed upon and I paid. Should I just let this go or report itrader as I feel this was not a positive experience. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as to the proper etiquette in this situation.
