Let's help T-Rex back into the pool world and list the changes that have occurred in the past 5 years. I'll start, feel free to add..

1. Chalk prices have gone from 25 cents a cube to 25 dollars.
2. There are two unknown pool players who travel with a mean Russian who are tearing up the scene, avoid them as they are unbeatable.
3. Southwest cues have doubled in value.

1. Really only one chalk is 25, some are as low as $4 and come all the way from Russia!
2. One of those were killed so there is only one unknown now traveling and running 34 racks every night and 35 on Sundays.
3. If SW doubled in value it must have been from more than 5 years ago.

Keep an eye out for league players who may argue that moving 6 balls on a shot and using a beer instead of a bridge is fine.

SVB and Dennis Orcullo have become two of the top one pocket players in the world.

Extension on cues rule the roost

The Magic Rack has taken over the pool racking world.... and now it's on the decline

Layered tips have become so en vogue that a new one appears every two months. That being said, the return to single layer (Outsville, for example) is the result

Jose' Parica finally in the Hall of Fame

Magic Chalk... nuff said.

1. Racks are made out of less plastic than are used for a bottle of water but cost much more than a bottle of water.

2. Bar Table and Big Table skill are now the same

3. If you want a low deflection shaft from some companies, there are over 30 options to choose from.

4. The number of Filipinos playing regularly in the US has doubled

I think this one has become so common that most AZers have no idea how amazing it is.

Marlon came... won everything and left.

Carlo Biado came... won his shit ton, and is silently going into the background.

Warren came... does some damage in the Northeast and recently wins the DCC 9-ball.

Now Jeff Ignacio comes in. Everyone hears about him. Everyone is ready... snap, crackle, pop.... wins everything in sight...

It's unbelievable.

The biggest travesty is he missed Dippy Dave. He may have been another million dollar man.
