Help what cue is this?

A lady brought this cue into our pool room and I do not know what it is...Does anyone have any idea the cue maker of this cue? How about the price it's worth if you do know...

I've never seem a joint like that....

Not sure about the value, but the joint pin looks like that of an older Jackson Custom Cue.

See if there is a "JCC" or "Jackson" logo engraved on the butt cap.

Porper cue? I believe he had a joint pin like that. I'm no expert, though.

I believe it is a Joe Porper cue also.

Not a Jackson Cue

Joe Porper. He made very fine cues. One of the greats in the industry. It may say under the bumper and it should have been marked porper on the butt cap. I can't guess on price, not knowing shape, or if repairs have been done. His cues were on par with pfd, Phillipi, samsara, etc. good stuff for sure.
