You know ivory is illegal right? lol :wink:
It's hard to say who might have produced them, there were sooo many ivory turners it would make your head spin. They look like standard ivory balls for the most part. Rather than discard damaged balls, they often turned them down to produce smaller balls for kids tables and gaming tables.

No way ... Those are "experimental" plastic balls from the 1930's.
I suggest keeping them just in case plastic becomes endangered.
