Hello Az, here is a great group of original un-restored Palmer cues. These cues were brought into my Pool Hall today by forum Member hdwell. I also recently posted some of Randy's other cues, which were un-played Szamboti cues and some un-played Gina cues, they were posted to the link below.

Randy is a great guy and he certainly has one hell of a cue collection, so I thought I would share some of the cues he has been bringing in for my viewing pleasure, with his permission.

The cues below have not been restored, all cues are in completely perfect condition, and some like the second cue from the bottom or the left of photo are earlier than Palmers first catalog and rare.

The one cue actually is not an 11, but a model H from the first first Palmer catalogue

wow wow,and ops wow- pictures of the month

great looking cues, these were popular when I was a kid- Someone shared the secret of identifing the palmers. At least the stainless steel ones, with me. Thanks for sharing I did the right thing recently showed someone there cue was a Palmer, now it's not for sale. But he gave me many deals over the years. I just visited my wood source-he sold 5,000.of BEM to South Korea- go figure. thanks again for the sweet pictures- mark

Thanks for correcting some of the information Randy, and also to all who posted to this thread, the photo's of all the cues only add to it.

Take Care

Thanks Joe. I was emailing Chris Tate and he figured they made maybe 40 to 50 model H and maybe 10 or so survivors. He has a beautiful original and the one I have is beautiful unrestored cue also. Thanks for the catalogue some people don't know there was a first first catalogue

Lovin' the old school!

it inspires me to maybe do some wide metal rings and a brass joint...

When's the last time you saw a new cue with a brass joint?

Old school is cool!

Definately an H.. HTF from the first catalog...

Thanks to Joe and Paul Rubino, this re-surfacing of the original first flyer helped to identify some of the variations we saw in the old cues. I have a couple of these very early ones in my collection. I guess Dacron was all the rage ;)

If there were only 50 made then I feel even better about finding mine at a pawn shop for $10.00!
