Here it is!

Eydie's statement alluded to other victims because there are others. They have asked to remain anonymous and Eydie has respected that. She tells me most things but she didn't offer up who the others were and I didn't ask. I did ask if they were pool players and she said yes. They may or may not be on the IPT, I don't know....what I do know is that there are quite a few reasons why they haven't spoken up... Prior to the recent IPT mess, this was the best paying tour ever and probably the only chance for the players to ever make the kind of money KT was promising. If they spoke up, they could jeopardize it. Now that the IPT hasn't been paying up and appears to be dead in the water, they still haven't come out and said anything. Who can blame them when you've got people like limen saying it's their own fault?

Kudos to Jackie for standing up and saying something. If there are others, and I believe there are, I hope they will gain strength from her courage, stand up, and hold him accountable. No one should be subjected to that by anyone and the people that think they can do those things deserve to be put in their place.... jail.

And what would you report?

How have you been harmed? You are calling on behalf of someone else? Why aren't they calling, are they being held against their will? No. well then please have them call when they decide that they have been harmed.

At this point it seems quite certain that some members of this forum are working hard to illuminate the IPT in the quest for justice. It is probably best not to muddy the waters further by making accusations that could interfere with the deliberate measures being taken.

Roadie, you are a real asset to this board. I love your posts.

On this issue, I think I would take it even farther. The tour members (plus qualifiers) should all get together somehow and vote. Email would work. Someone should be elected their representative.

If they have a majority, they should involve the authorities. If not, they shouldn't. I think we can all agree that as soon as the FBI gets involved, the IPT is done. They will have their perfect excuse for canceling everything going forward, so this must be done with care. And it most definitely should NOT be done by a non-player. It is not our fight.

- Steve <-- understands this level of organization is not going to happen...

I agree with every word here. Who though is going to organize something like this? I don't think any of the players are going to step forward or take the initiative for fear of banishment. I guess, I really don't blame them.

The FBI though would be a real bad move right now though.

What happened to NYC Cue Dude?

Since only players were allowed in the green room maybe there was more to those massages than we have been told. And they were video taped.

Nah, pool players wouldn't fall for that old trick. Those lovely models really did like them.

So what did happen between Jackie and Deno?

Just call Paradise Billiards in Denver on Thursday night around 10PM and ask for Dave Hughes he's usually there about that time. He'll give ya the straights, and remember, "if I gonna slap ya, you gonna stay slap".

In just about every state it is legal to tape a conversation as long as one party knows the conversation is being taped. This sounds strange and I suppose it is but it is the way it goes. Admissibility as evidence however is usually far less common for conversations between individuals where one party has taped the conversation. In most states such recordings are generally not admissible.

Perhaps this explains why Mr. Andrews seems to prefer the telephone to communicate with the affected. It is tougher to make a case based on verbal exchanges rather than written ones. Although email is also still a tricky area in law. It is difficult to attach a body to electronic missives given the ease with which one can deliver them under practically any "identity". It is fairly certain that that are plenty of folks within Mr. Andrew's sphere that have the access level to be able to send emails using his address. Thus, the test to identify consists of several identifiers.

All I can say is that this is turning into quite a drama. We are entering an area of discovery that threatens to do more than ruffle feathers and topple reputations.

Mr. Andrews' opinion of "pool players" is well documented in the RSB archives. Best friends being said pool players notwithstanding. One thing that perhaps he and Mr. Trudeau have not counted on is that the same drive that causes players to put up with their heavy handedness and to pay exorbiant sums to participate in their game may also serve the players who seek justice and retribution.

If, as Timberly has reported, there are others that Mr. Andrews has treated with the same sort of inappropriateness (which is as yet undefined) that he stands accused of then I hope that they will pursue justice and that justice will be served if true. If Mr. Andrews has abused his position in this manner then he definitely deserves punishment.

Between the tenacity of Mrs. Romano and the wherewithal of Mr. Goldwater I see things developing rapidly. The gravity of the situation notwithstanding this is similar to sweating a tough match through this board.

Curiouser and curiouser...
