Hey! Anyone going to DCC?

I'm A Going

;) I'll be there at the DCC this year for at least the banks division, and hopefully the 9-ball as well. I was watching/studying the bank pool ring game they recently televised on something like the 'Altitude' channel, it looked amazing. Like ppl. actually trying to have fun playing pool for a change. Haven't gotten my 'nameplate' worked out as well as i'd of liked to before going, but still gonna give it a shot. I could use some info. on deadlines for sign-ups should anyone feel like they could offer that info. here. Yes, I could probably work a little bit and find it on my own, but i'm just a little lazy ya know...lol...A.J.;)

my wife's B-day is the 10th and oh....am I hearing it. I am attending the 9 ball from the 9th to the 12th and she is none too happy. I have assured her that I will absolutely NO fun on the 10th in honor of her birthday.:rolleyes:

:) LOL...i sure do know that feeling....i've found it hard as hell to play competitively in any tournament (from Vegas to a $5 weekly) w/ a woman at your side nagging. Now, before I get yelled at by the women, this works the same for women pool players w/ nagging crying men I would imagine. But in order to appease the women/men (significant others) :rolleyes: sometimes, to keep them from 'crying' if you will, yeah, kinda have to ASSure them that we won't have any fun in membrance of them...lol...best of luck w/ it being her birthday...imo, i don't like your odds of not 'hearing' about it even if you don't have any fun....

I can be a little sick at 3AM. I played a $50 tourney online on Poker Stars with over 1,100 players last night. I finished 12th and won the grand sum of $360. Now I can't sleep.
