Great place! Owned and run by class people, the Stonier's. Terry Stonier was a key promoter of West Coast pool in the 70's and 80's and brought all the best players to Sacramento for his big events. He and Chuck Markulis (who built Hard Times) were the two best promoters among pool room owners that I ever saw. Tops out West for sure.
