Hey I need some help ID a cue from the 70s

I was told this cue was made in the early 1970s. I think all the inlays and

joint is ivory. Work is very well done for this time period. I also was told

the cue was made in NY. I would like any info someone could tell me

about this cue. Bumper is replaced with small peice of wood glued to but

cap. Cue has 5/16 14 pin.

the dice interest me. all the szambotis with dice in th bottom all had then alightly angles like the bottom and fully tilted like top. i would call barry or pete tasc

I wish but the bumper was missing and they glue a peice of wood over the hole

I don't think you would compromise the value of the cue by removing the piece of wood that was not original to the cue. At worst, you can put back a rubber bumper, at best, you will have a better clue to the cues origin.

Looks like to me the answer to who made this cue lies in the joint an pin.
I would think that an ivory capped an piloted with a 14 pin would not be a
common joint. Its obviously a high dollar cue an very well done. Everybody is guessing an my guess would be a Peterson. I hope someone knows the
truth about this cue which has become such a riddle. I only wish I were the owner.
