Hey guys! ,tnx for all of the "warm welcomes",this is exactly one thing i like in here,..youll get family in an instant.Got no time really to visit here the past 3 days,working both at day and night time took all of my chances to do so.Yes rayjay this is trully a great site, w/ great people of course,so enjoyable,so informative,so full of life and character,most of all,coz its about pool!Too bad,due to family & work i havent been able to hold a cue for quite a while,so i just contend my self reading posts here,and actually been doing this for the last two months already,til i decided to register!Tnx heaven!he,he.Naturally,while on this site,pool memories of mine comes rushing,i remember when i was just 9 y/o,we used to play at a makeshift pool table w/ no cushion at that,using marbles as balls and maybe just a 2-3 ft cue stick w/ all of its roughness and curves,ha,ha! funny memeories,well as a kid, it more than made are days anyway every time we play
.If i only knew then that billiards/pool would become big here in the Philippines and somehow internationally,should have pursued my pool playing ways before lol,hmmn,.well at 29 y.o.,isnt it too late already guys? for me actually, its more of, just being one of my hobby,although i also used to gamble w/ it before,but still, its more of the joy and satisfaction i got when playing pool and esp. if i bit my opponent, rather than the money.But now,its almost all work for me,(just started having a family,i got a 1 and a half old daughter and another one coming, )gotta earn,its the bottom line,unless im an Archer or an Efren et al,that is playing pool and earning heavily at the same time. BTW,speaking of Efren Reyes,has anyone of u guys seen the ON CUE 3 finals between him and Pagulayan held here in the Phils.just recently?(for those not frm the Phils.,it was also shown live over the Filipino channel if its available in your Tv)what a great match that was!,won by Efren,13-12,the last 7 racks were runouts by each player(alternate break)leaving everybody at the edge of their sits.
