Hey John,

Are you open to giving some lessons in other disciplines as well? If so, I might be inclined to visit in the near future.

Thanks,

Thanks John. I hope you're doing well. I may take you up on this offer also. I am always willing to learn new stuff, especially from a champion of your stature.

Best of luck

Pool Lessons

yes 9ball one hole and 14.1

John, I am interested in improving my pool game and while I have strongly considered getting pool lessons from the BCA pool instructors here on AZ, I think taking lessons from you may benefit me a great deal more. Besides, it would be nice to spend some quality time with last year's U.S. Open 9 Ball Champion. I would like to get started ASAP providing I can justify the expenditure.

Your post is perfect timing as I will be playing in the U.S. Amateur Championship tournament in the near future.

I would be interested in driving over to Pensacola next weekend if you are available.

I realize that you may prefer giving lessons to larger groups of people like the rest of the billiard instructors to cover your expenses and to make fair wages but just try not to beat me up too badly. At this time, I am not interested in group pool lessons and realize that I might get a better rate if I got the lessons with a group. I just don't think that is the route I want to travel at this time.

What would the cost be for TWO FULL DAYS (next weekend) if I come to Pensacola for one-on-one pool instruction?

You may respond in this thread or by Private Messaging.

Thanks,
JoeyA

I've talked to Jhon about 4 or 5 times and he is a really nice guy .He gave me a little of his time one day and told me how he ran 400 balls and that is something i would love to do but hell if he can help me run more then 40 balls per trip to the table that ,will be F**k great.. Jhon great guy hope he does not turn out to like a lot of others that are in this sport. Wash up and on the sidelines telling old stories and bad mouthing the new guys ..
oPut me on the list ( but give me a price ) For the lesson..

Great 14.1 player and really handsome too!

Guys,

John has it all! Living in Florida, a 400 run, several 200 runs. A friend with a pool room and poster boy quality good looks.

I'd definitely consider the offer to train on 14.1 under Mr. Schmidt. If the girl players read this post, John will be swamped!

He really belongs in the golf world.
