It has to do with the posts that are *in progress* or in queue. In other words, if Post No. 142 finishes before Post No. 141, Post No. 142 will show up, and then Post No. 141 will show afterwards, but they remain in chronological order if Post Nol 141 is in progress after Post No. 142 is finished.
