How did you become a better player today?

Review the day. How are you a better player than you were yesterday? Artie used to ask us this.

Even Earl says that he is learning and getting better all the time, I've heard him say it.

I've taken a look at the AZ topics from today, and there is literally nothing that will make you a better player. A pure waste of time.

So take a look at the player you are now, compared with the player you were yesterday. And if you can't say that you've become a better player, you might as well quit now and save yourself the time.

Uh oh, I guess I'm in trouble then. My goal was not to get any better. It's simply trying to hold on to what little talent I had. It's a b***h getting old!

I have one more breathe of maturity than I did upon the one last taken.

And... I figured out why I mised that shot last night. Over confidence, lack of total focus & I should have hit it with TOI instead of low left, which was outside, but I did mis it on the overcut side so I guess it was not a total 'dog'.

Regards &

I had a death in the family today. I find myself shooting around by myself tonight on my home table. Hitting the balls bring me comfort. Probably not hitting them as good as yesterday, but thats not the point. My introspection brings clarity and the correct perspective on life. Pool is my friend tonight. Perhaps a form of meditation. Then I read a stupid post like this.

ChrisBanks.... take a look at the person you are now, compared with the person you were yesterday. And if you can't say that you've become a better person, you might as well quit now and save yourself the time.

Apparently poor Chris can't wrap his little mind around the fact that a large percent of pool players just want to have fun playing a GAME with some friends or family.

You don't feel accomplished unless you are constantly improving. Good for you. Now STFU with telling anyone to quit pool because they don't have the same overly competitive inferiority complex and small-dick-syndrome that you do.

I have yet to hear him answer a question he asks everyone else to answer. I play the same as I did yesterday & don't recall asking for anyone's opinion of what I should do for my pool game. Hope everyone is having a great start to the weekend & my condolences to the 2 posters who lost people.......

Why behave like this?

Sorry, I just could not resist!

I have researched posts of ChrisBanks and have painstakingly waited for evidence of value, and I have not found one bit of improvement.

Out of curiosity, How did YOU become a better Poster Today? Because if we follow your theme, if you can't say that you've become a better poster, you might as well quit now and save yourself the time.

LOL

You mean, his writing skills or his thread subject matter has not improved each day and you are suggesting he just quit :)

Is CB the best troll ever, I am not going to answer that but with this much food WE HAVE A FAT ONE
:D

Would you rather talk about your case all day? I see a hundred threads about cue cases. Let me know when your case helps you make a ball, and then I'll discuss cases with you.
