How do you aim caroms?

For a general rule, the intersecting line will be the angle at which the OB caroms off of the other.. pick up mosconi's little book, its got this and a lot more basic/useful information to get yourself on track for a better game.

We used to play a game where we had to carom each ball off the cue ball and pocket that ball. You get the feel real quick on exactly where that ball is going.

Especially if you gamble a little with someone.

This helped me tremendously. When most player would play safe I would do a simple carom and keep running out.

It helps you alot with playing your safties also.

Just my 2 cents worth..........

Thanks this should help my game, I can't seem to pocket the OB, might as well go for the 9, who knows I might get lucky. :grin-square:
