I'm always torn as to how to display my photos in a way is best for most that are interested. I'm sure others are the same way. For this discussion, we are only tackling the way people like to view them, not the content.

Here are the examples. Please examine these and then vote in the poll for your favorite method. I've allowed for multiple choice if you like more than one.

#1) Direct Link

#2)Clickable Thumbnail

#3) Actual enlarged image

#4) AZB's attachment tool.

I like #3 the best; it's large, nice, and easy. I hate clicking on links especially w/ multiple photos

The only time I can see linked photo's is from home and never while at work.
Very often miss out on great opportunities because I cannot see the photo within Photobucket or any other photo hosting services since these sites are blocked.
I prefer to view items using "AZB's attachment tool".

I like the actual images, with a high-speed connection they load quickly and avoid all that additional clicking. I don't mind the thumbnails because I can see what I'm clicking on. I hate the links because I often click and then am disappointed with what I see. The AZB uploads are too low-res for me.

my $.02 and overpriced at that...

Actual image (#3) is best, but preferably not hosted on an image hosting site like photobucket.
Image hosts are filtered where I work so I can't see the pics there.

I will have to look at image #3 to see how good it is.
Right now at work and I cannot see any images.

Photos Coming Up On Work Computers

I Would Vote For The Photo Method Least Likely To Be Blocked By Computers At Work. None Of Your Photos Came Up.

I voted for number 3, sometimes direct links don't work so well for me. I have no problem with photobucket at work though:)

The only problem with number 3 is when people quote the entire message in their response and then it can take longer to open the page. I wish they wouldn't do that, I just don't see the need.

I think since I just posted that last pic using AZB's attachment tool, there might be some more votes for that one.

Try to look at the method of posting photos guys...not the content. :D

I like the actual image in the thread, but really hate when people "quote" the post and leave the image links in, resulting in duplicate images. :(

This happens to me as well.

Definitely #3.

Just open any Bamacues thread- that's the way to do it- he's the only poster whose threads I always open, just to get a look at his cue pics, even if I'm not interested in buying one (though after taking a look my interest tends to rise...- it's cost me money before:o ).

Finally home and seeing the first three examples for the first time.
All of the choices are great and the great cues will be sold quickly regardless of the method used.
My only issue is that I have lost out on cues of interest that were for sale when I could not see the cue since many of the photo hosting sites are blocked while at work.
To reach everyone, maybe a combination of 3 and 4 can be used...
Just an opinion!
