How long does it take to get accustats orders?

P.S. (Just be glad yer not where I am.. It sometimes takes 3-4 WEEKS to get mail from the states.. Ocassionally, some personal mail has taken 6 weeks.)

You can call Pat at his toll-free 800 number and ask when they were shipped and he might even be able to track it for you, as he did once when I called him regarding my order....Pat and all the Accu-Stats employees have always been very good about customer relations and satisfaction....always been nothing but nice and a joy to do business with.......

Mail call was a morale booster when I was in the military. Good luck to you.
I sent in an order on May 6 and it arrived on the 14th via UPS.

I would give PAt a call. I ordered one on Monday, and it arrived Wednesday. I was actually shocked as to how fast it got here. I did use a debit card, and not paypal though.

i bought last years 9 ball us open and it took about 4 maybe 5 days to get the order. i buy from them whenever i have spare cash (what's an ira i have accu stats) accustats has always treated me right shipping unusually fast.

...and there is no way to steal accu-stats videos online, unless someone puts them up on a p2p server. There are only short clips on youtube which do nothing but make you want to buy the whole match so you CAN watch it.

I ordered ten dvd's last friday night, and got them yesterday -- that would be four business days later. They were shipped by UPS ground.
btw, Accustats is in New Jersey.
I took advantage of their first DVD sale! I can't list everything they offered in the sale, but it included a couple of previous year's DCC tournaments and one major three cushion event -- maybe a prior US Open as well. I stocked up a little

I always call Accu-stats directly and I always get my order in 2-4 days. This may be because I live in PA and they are in NJ. I have ordered just about every DVD they have put out so far and must say that the customer support is exceptional.
There were a couple of cases where they sent the wrong item. When I called about it, they said I could keep the mistake item and they sent me the correct one which I would get with the same quickness. I just made an order a couple of weeks ago and they gave me the 50% discount from thier sale even though I did not mention or know about it.
BTW - I talked to Pat when I placed my last order and it appears that they will be doing some matches at the BCA US Open matches. He said they will try to cover some of each division which means that they'll be covering 14.1 for the first time since 2000!!!
