How many cues is too much?

I used to go to watch my wife's state tmts with her and her girls team as she would always want me there to watch. After buying a Jacoby no wrap cue at each of the last couple tmts while she was shooting, she lo longer wants me to come along. She knows I have a thing for no wrap cues.
😆. I started going for wrapless nowadays. For some reason, I now prefer a more slick or sensation of holding a slick wood over a wrapped one. Weird in some way that it makes me feel relaxed.

I have played with the same cue since 1995. I did change from a basic maple shaft to a 314-2 and now to a carbon shaft. However, I own 38 cues.

That's like asking "How much boob is too much?"

Some say more than a handfull is a waste while others just can't get them big enough.

I hope that clears it up.

I suppose I am lucky. My wife bought me a PK Custom and a Meucci 84-4 within the last year. Certainly don't need to hide cues from her. I have around 13 or 14. I think I will end up with about 25 but I guess that could change. I have a small list in my head I would like to obtain.

If I could afford it I would collect muscle cars and motorcycles. I can't but I can buy a cue here and there. Also, muscle cars, boats, bikes, etc. all cost you a lot of money after the purchase, cues don't really do that unless being refinished.

I just have three cues in my bag a player, breaker and jump cue. It's all i need if i I don't understand these guys that walk in with suitcases and somehow use them all.
