How Many Have Made Pro from AZB?

I agree that natural talent plays a big part but like in golf there are many pro's who have zero chance of winning bigger events

I would also like to know many have made pro or close to it after attending a pool school.

I think most like to play, watch and discuss pool. Becoming a pro is a full time job and takes a lot more effort and dedication than most want to or are willing to do.

I for one do not have the desire to hang out in a PH for 8 to 16 hours every day, or to keep practicing the same shot hours on end.

I find it hard to put in a hour a day at the table that is in my house.

Than most players in a league are there for the social value and do very little practice time if any. Most consider playing games with their friends as practice.

I think one of the only examples of this is "Spanish Mike" Mike Lebron.

He didn't start playing high end pool till his 50s.
Before that he was just "good"

I've improved a bunch since joining AZB, but that's mainly because I spend all my time on the table instead of on the forums. :wink:

How about this title.....

How many have joined AZ in order to turn pro?
