I was actually really surprised to see the poll results. If we're talking about the final four in the U.S. Open...these guys have more heart and confidence in their game than you could imagine. Dumping in America/s most prestigious tournament after beating a field of almost three three-hundred of the world's best players? I don't think so.

I'm a little surprised too. Earlier in the poll's life... there were more people saying "definitely not" than "probably not". And much fewer people saying "definitely would". I think the various posts in this thread must have swayed a lot of fence-sitters. The "definitely would" figure has skyrocketed, maybe due to people revisiting the 1988 open?
Basically, twice as many people say "No" than "Yes", but I was expecting it to be more like... 4x as many. Pool fans are cynical.
