How much $$$ do you have invested???

1 X-Breaker for Jump Shots and 9 Ball break. I SledgeHammer for 8-Ball Break. 1 Lane Simons playing cue with 2 shafts. Case, Tips, Shapers, shaft polishers, chalk comes to about $1,400.00.

Somewhere around 2500/3000 I'd guess....not to bad if you consider I got a nine ft table in that total.

Now if I were to add up all the cash spent drinking while playing...well that be a whole different animal...and not an attractive one either lol.

i skipped some of the middle pages so i might be the cheapest one here lol

I shoot with a players 3 piece cue that I found left at a bar, i waited for a week to see if someone claimed and they didnt so ive laid claim to it. I was given a soft case by someone else... I bought a 12$ box of chalk, a 19$ tip tool, i splurged on a 40$ measles cue ball for practice and a week ago i bought 5 pool/biliard books second hand on amazon.com for a total of 22$ shipped.

So I think im into it for around 12 + 19 + 40 + 22 = 93$ and the house i play out of has a free table :)

Once I am good enough to be able to tell the difference between my cue and anice que I will pick one up, i've been playing for less than a year.
I have $0 invested and have been playing my best in 25 years.

OK Loun, now that it's 3 and 1/2 years later, and you've been playing for 4 & 1/2 years, have you picked up a nice cue ?

Myself, I'm up a few hundred from post #43, a couple of Schmelkie sneaky petes and a gross-or-so of chalk.
