Are you referring to the girl or the cue?
It looks like one of those cheap cues that they sell at Dunhams, K Mart or Wall Mart.
If you look at the other items that the seller has it appears as if they shop at garage sales and try to resell the junk on EBay. In fact she is standing in front of a garage.
