You could do 95% full ball on the yellow with around 90% follow (top spin).
That usually does not leave you with a nice layout afterwards, though, and there's danger of a double kiss because everythings close to the rail.

thanks for the replyMr Caudron is capable of making just about any shot he wants. However, for the cash, I think that he would play this shot as pictured below. The cue ball is struck with middle right english aimed at the right side of the yellow ball. You can see him making this shot very consistently in just about any tournament match he plays.
